All undertakings under Plans are subject to Kayabooks limited warranty, which is set forth below. While a remote control session is enabled, the customer is always the primary controller of the computer and has the rights to disconnect the remote control session at any given point of time. Customer also has the rights, not to opt for a remote control session to be initiated and go for other support like verbal or chat.
