Solution 4:

  • Firstly, open Internet Explorer.
  • Select Tools >> Internet Options >> Content tab.
  • From the Content tab, choose Clear SSL state.
  • Now restart your PC and open QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Finally, download the tax table update.

Solution 5:

  • You have to click on the Start menu and then go to the Windows Firewall.
  • Choose Advanced from the right-side.
  • Now right-click on Inbound Rules and then select New Rule.
  • Select the Program and click on Next.
